We aim to ensure your home water quality meets our high standards through a transparent and efficient exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused water filter components in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton.
- 3.Ship the Return
Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival; please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
